Mais um dia, mais uma noite. Mais uma directa em serviço.
Queixo-me interiormente com o cansaço e sono que se apoderam lentamente de mim, como uma cobra que sufoca lentamente a sua presa.
Apetece-me fechar os olhos e abri-los de manhã. Ou só a seguir ao almoço...
Apetece-me sair disparado daqui e aterrar nos braços da minha esposa que esperam por mim. E ser embalado pelos choros nocturnos do meu filho.
Tudo seria melhor que passar a noite a trabalhar...
Só deverei ir para casa amanhã... ou melhor... logo à tarde.
Mas as queixas são atenuadas pelo gosto por aquilo que faço. Trabalho numa equipa (ainda) pequena, porque a empresa ainda é bébé, mas com ambição sem limites e com capacidades directamente proporcionais a essa ambição. Trabalho numa equipa que funciona como uma equipa. Que se ajuda como uma equipa. Que se ri. Partilha dores. Ajuda os outros...
Com um patrão que seria o sonho de qualquer um. Exige o máximo. Mas retribui em dobro. Em gratidão, em apreço pelo trabalho desenvolvido e que divide o crédito das conquistas por todos os seus subordinados em quotas iguais.
Trabalhar assim custa menos.
Trabalhar quando o nosso trabalho é devidamente apreciado custa menos...
Trabalhar com colegas que nos apoiam nos momentos mais difíceis, custa menos...
Trabalhar assim custa menos.
Agora que já estou mais acordado, e demonstrei a mim mesmo que "vestir esta camisola" sabe melhor do que vestir qualquer outra... Vou trabalhar. E se já estava a dar 200% até começar a escrever este texto, o resto da noite darei infinitas vezes mais...
